pitted medjool dates
1/2 cup
raw almonds
1/2 cup
raw cashews
1/3 cup
unsweetened raisins
1/3 cup
+
2 tablespoons
coconut butter
1/4 cup
coconut flakes

Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
In a food processor, blend together dates, almonds, cashews, raisins and coconut butter until creamy
Pour the coconut flakes onto a small plate and spread evenly
Once creamy, using your hands form small balls with the dough and roll in the coconut flakes
Continue until all the balls are formed and covered complete in coconut and store in a tupperware
*You can leave in fridge for a week or freezer for a couple months
