4 tablespoons creamy ranch dressing (I used this one)
Optional: feta cheese or plant-based cheese for topping
Instructions
Grease a large skillet with avocado oil, turn to medium/high heat and add the chicken breasts or thighs to the skillet
Cook the chicken over medium heat until cooked through (this took about 5 minutes on each side for me but depends on thickness of chicken – you can also bake it)
Remove chicken from heat and add to cutting board to rest for a couple minutes
Slice the chicken into small shreds then add to a large bowl and mix with the buffalo sauce
Prepare pizza crust according to instructions (mine had to bake for about 5-7 minutes before adding toppings)
Add some of the creamy ranch dressing to the top of the pizza crust and spread evenly
Sprinkle the chicken across the pizza then bake in oven for about 5 more minutes
While pizza bakes, mash the avocado and cilantro together to make the 1
Spread a few scoops of it across the pizza, sprinkle the arugula then slice and enjoy!
