Dairy & Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cup Shooters

Chocolatey & rich, Dairy & Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cup Shooterspeanutbuttercupshooters

So this recipe was the result of an epic fail. I was trying to make peanut butter cup frozen hot chocolate, but when I tried it, it was way too rich for someone to drink an entire cup of.  I still am attempting to perfect peanut butter cup frozen hot chocolate, but I am so beyond excited that these Dairy & Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cup Shooters came out during my trial and error of recipe tasting.

I poured them into my mini mason jar shot glasses, which Jord and I are obsessed with. We use them everyday when we take our Apple Cider Vinegar shots (highly recommend taking these), obviously when making cocktails and now when I make these Peanut Butter Cup Shooters.

Made with all dairy & gluten free ingredients, these Peanut Butter Cup Shooters are chocolatey, rich, indulgent yet nutritious and straight up delicious. If you love peanut butter cups and enjoyed my Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cup Blossoms, you will definitely be into these.

They remind me of those mini desserts I used to order at Applebee’s in high school (don’t judge me) because they are so mini and basically finished in 1 bite or big gulp. The chopped peanut butter cups add the perfect texture, flavor and crunch to these shooters. I am absolutely obsessed with making them now. Plus this recipe makes just TWO so it’s a perfect quick and some what light dessert.

All you need to make Dairy & Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cup Shooters is:

    almond milk

    cacao powder

    chocolate peanut butter

    pitted dates

mini dark chocolate peanut butter cups (these are a staple in my home, so amazing)
