  • PASTA PRIMAVERA! this is the lighter and healthier pasta recipe you have been looking for👀even my kids love this dish and i love how it’s loaded with veggies, still has protein from the bone broth and pasta i use and this is ready in under 20 minutes👌🏻i first made this as a fridge clean out dish and we go back to it again and again!

  • @rachlmansfield 💫GREEK-INSPIRED CHICKEN SKILLET WITH RICE!!! a dump and bake kind of meal aka an easy dinner to make any night of the week! i love how quickly this comes together and how flavorful it is. the feta cheese with olives adds so much flavor to the dish. this takes 10 minutes of effort to put together and if they’re are any leftovers, they’re great for lunch or dinner the next day👌🏻

  • oddly enough it didn’t feel more crowded than on a weekday! also i fully recommend bringing your kids to costco. between the big cart, endless snacks and chaos there’s so much stimulation for them. not to mention even if your kid does have a tantrum it’s so loud no one may notice😆

here’s my cart as a health conscious mom of 3! loving all the new options but i have fomo of other regions😵‍💫

  • @rachlmansfield 💫CARROT CAKE BARS!!! a one-bowl carrot cake recipe that’s moist, just the right amount of sweet and so incredibly delish! not to mention these are also gluten-free and can be easily be made vegan with a few tweaks. i have been making these for 4 years now and we loveeee them. my 5 year old claims they’re “too good for carrots to be in them”😆
