  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8×8 baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, add the milk, pumpkin and peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix together
  3. Add in oats, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix well
  4. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes
  6. Let the bars cool then cut and enjoy!

*Store in airtight container for 3 days, fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
