3/4 cup gluten-free oat flour (or all-purpose flour!)
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup non-dairy milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop collagen (i use @ancientnutrition multi collagen and it is *amazing* a nutritional powerhouse IMO. adds extra protein to my recipes and you can add it to smoothies or anything!)
*You can make these and store them in freezer too!
