Quick, Easy + Delicious Lemon Pasta

The easiest, quickest and most delicious lemon pasta recipe! Made with just 4 simple ingredients and this meal comes together in under 20 minutes – it is CRAZY good guys!

Yield: Serves 4-5 1x

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti of choice (regular, whole wheat or gluten-free – anything!)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons at room temperature
  • 2 lemons, washed
  • 1/4 lb block of parmesan (or more – we really don’t measure the cheese!)
  • Freshly ground black pepper or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt if desired
  2. Add in the pasta and cook a minute or two less than instructions say (do not strain water!!)
  3. As soon as pasta is done – add it to another large pot and add 1 cup of the pasta water
  4. Add in the butter and squeeze in the lemon juice from each lemon onto the pasta and mix well (we also add in the lemons themselves for more flavor after squeezing)
  5. Mix the ingredients together and plate desired amount of pasta then sprinkle desired amount of cheese on top and pepper and enjoy while warm!
