These Strawberry Banana Froyo Pops are a must-make for you and your kids. Made with 4 ingredients, these are a healthy and delicious snack recipe to make. Packed with protein and made with no added sugar.

Yield: 3-4 pops 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (or use your go-to creamy yogurt)
  • 1/3 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • Freeze-dried fruit or these smoothie melts (code RACHL15)
  • Optional: drizzle of nut butter on top

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt and fruit together to combine
  3. Add about 2 spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture to baking sheet to form a large circle
  4. Repeat for remaining yogurt
  5. Press a popsicle stick on to each, making sure it is covered with yogurt so it sticks
  6. Sprinkle freeze dried fruit or melts on top then drizzle nut butter if desired
  7. Add to freezer to set for about 2 hours or until firm
  8. Gently remove from baking sheet and enjoy!

*I store mine in large ziplock in freezer
