2 tablespoons cheese or dairy-free cheese (I loved feta, goat and almond cheese in this)
Instructions
Grease a large skillet with a little avocado oil or butter
Strain the salmon from the can and add to a bowl
Add in the mayo, black pepper and hot sauce and mash well like you would tuna salad
On top of a tortilla, add the salmon, arugula, avocado and cheese of choice
Add another tortilla on top (grease the top of the tortilla) then add to the skillet and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy!
