The Best 5-minute Homemade Salsa Recipe

  • 6 small tomatoes (approximately 2 cups of tomatoes)
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Handful of cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño, no seeds (or seeds if you want some spice)
  • 1/3 cup rough chopped green onion
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of one lime


  1. Add ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times to chop up (don’t over pulse!)
  2. Pour salsa into a bowl then serve with desired chips, tacos, anything you’d like!
