The BEST Grilled Chicken Wings

These are the best grilled chicken wings! I am obsessed with how easy these are to make and how flavorful and juicy they are and the marinade is so simple yet absolutely delicious.

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup olive oil or avocado oil

Instructions

  1. In a large ziplock bag, add the yogurt, spices and oil
  2. Next add in the chicken and remove any excess air in the bag then seal
  3. Massage the chicken into the marinade in the bag so it all gets mixed in together
  4. Add chicken to fridge to marinade for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours
  5. When ready to grill, turn grill on to high to heat
  6. Add the wings on to the grill and turn heat down to medium/high and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes (they shouldn’t be stuck to the grill, that’s how we know it’s time)
  7. Gently flip then cook for another 4 to 5 minutes (in total 10 to 12 minutes of grill time)
  8. Remove from grill and enjoy with desired sauces or dips and sides

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days. Reheat in microwave
