The Best Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip made with all Whole30-friendly ingredients. A quick and easy appetizer to make for any occasion and it is gluten-free, dairy-free and truly so delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (I used a rotisserie chicken!)
  • 2/3 cup paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mild or hot buffalo sauce
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a small skillet or 6 inch baking dish
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  3. Transfer to the skillet and bake in oven for 18-20 minutes then broil for 1-2 minutes when the top is bubbling
  4. Serve with veggies and your favorite tortilla chips

*Reheat leftovers in oven and serve within 5 days of making
