Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese – can be full-fat, low-fat or fat-free
  • 2 eggs or 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove – or your desired seasonings/spices
  • Any toppings you want!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a quarter baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth
  3. Grease the parchment paper then pour the batter across
  4. Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes
  5. Allow the flatbread to cool then remove and add desired toppings

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days. Reheat as you wish!
