This Whipped Goat Cheese Dip with Strawberries is a sweet appetizer dip to make. The goat cheese is extra creamy and fluffy and the balsamic grilled strawberries are a delicious addition on top.

Ingredients

Whipped goat cheese:

  • 8 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (thick yogurt – not thin)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste

Balsamic strawberries:

For dipping:

  • Crackers, toasted baguette, cucumbers, anything!

Instructions

  1. First prepare the whipped goat cheese by adding ingredients to food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Add to a bowl or Tupperware and put in fridge to chill while you make the strawberries
  3. Warm the grill to medium high heat or oven to 350 degrees F
  4. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice in half if too large
  5. Mix together the strawberries in the balsamic and honey
  6. Add to an oven or grill safe skillet then cook for about 10-15 minutes (mixing the berries half way) or until they are caramelized and softened
  7. Add the cooked berries on top of the goat cheese and serve with some basil on top if desired with your favorite crackers, bread or veggies
