2-ingredient Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

This 2-ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream is a staple in our home! It is an easy and healthy frozen snack that my kids love too and it is vegan, gluten-free with no added sugars.

Yield: Serves 2-3 1x


  • 3 frozen bananas (it is helpful to have them cut into quarters so it breaks up easier in blender)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Topping ideas: chocolate chips, coconut flakes, sprinkles, nuts!


  1. Add the frozen bananas and strawberries to food processor and blend for about 2 minutes total until smooth. I stop every 20 seconds or so to stir the inside up and make sure no pieces are stuck.
  2. Remove from food processor and add desired toppings and enjoy while cold!


*Store leftovers in freezer for 2 months.
