Healthy Chicken Teriyaki (paleo)

Healthy Chicken Teriyaki made with all gluten-free and paleo-friendly ingredients and ready in under 20 minutes.

Yield: Serves 3-4 1x



Chicken teriyaki sauce:


  • Basmati rice
  • Steamed broccoli
  • Scallions and sesame seeds to garnish


  1. Add the teriyaki sauce ingredients to a sauce pan and mix together over medium heat
  2. Stir and let the sauce thicken for 4 minutes over low heat
  3. Warm a large skillet with a little avocado oil and add about 2 tablespoons of the sauce and coat the pan
  4. Add the chicken and cook on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side
  5. Add the broccoli to the pan and pour the rest of the sauce on top
  6. Serve with rice, garnish with sesame seeds and scallions and enjoy while warm! (Or cold if you are crazy like me lol!)


*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days and reheat in microwave, on skillet eat cold if you like!
