30-minute Jalapeño Popper Dip

We love this Jalapeño Popper Dip! It’s the perfect appetizer and it’s ready in under 30 minutes. A rich and delicious creamy cheesy dip with a kick to it.

Yield: Serves 6-8 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 ounces cooked bacon, diced, I used turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces canned jalapeños, diced
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • small jalapeño, sliced and seeds removed
  • For topping: cilantro and scallions, chopped
  • For serving: your favorite crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a baking dish
  2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, canned jalapeños, yogurt and mayo and cream together with a hand mixer to combine
  3. Add in salt and pepper, 1 cup of each cheese and half the bacon and mix together
  4. Add the dip to the baking dish then sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble a bit (you can broil on low if needed)
  6. Sprinkle jalapeños, cilantro and scallions on top and serve with crackers, veggies or bread

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days. Reheat in microwave or oven if desired
