Sharing one of our favorite easy dinners, 30-minute Healthy Oven Baked Greek Meatballs with Tzatziki Sauce! The easiest oven-baked paleo meatballs.

Yield: Serves 3-4 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Greek Meatballs:

  • 1 lb ground beef, lamb or bison (you can also use turkey or chicken if you don’t want red meat!)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 12 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Tzatziki:

  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt (I like using greek yogurt if I can!)
  • 1/2 cup chopped seedless cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dill
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Bowl add-on ideas:

  • Quinoa or rice
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Olives
  • Hummus

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and/or grease well
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together ingredients for the meatballs until fully combined
  3. Form into mini meatballs (I did about 2 tablespoons per meatball) and add to baking sheet
  4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until fully cooked (flipping halfway through)
  5. While meatballs bake, mix together tzatziki sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well
  6. Serve meatballs with desired add-on’s and tzatziki sauce and enjoy!

Notes
