This 5-ingredient Brownie Batter Bark is such a delicious dessert snack to eat. It is vegan, gluten-free and perfect for the brownie lovers!

Yield: 8 to 10 pieces 1x


  • 1 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, divided


  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cacao powder, oil, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth
  2. Fold in half of the chocolate chips
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add cookie dough on top to spread across and form to make the bark (I use clean hands for this)
  4. Add the bark to freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes
  5. While bark chills, melt the remaining chocolate chips in microwave
  6. Pour melted chocolate across the bark then set back in freezer for at least an hour
  7. Remove from freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy!


*Store leftovers in freezer for 2 months. I like to let mine thaw for a few minutes before eating
