This Baked Cauliflower Parmesan is a delicious one-sheet vegetarian meal made with just 4 ingredients that are gluten-free and grain-free.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into steaks
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • Basil, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add the cauliflower and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper
  3. Roast in oven 30 minutes then add sauce on top and shredded cheese, basil
  4. Broil in oven on high for 30 seconds or until cheese is bubbling and ready
  5. Serve while warm

Notes

*Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge for 5 days and reheat in microwave
