Baked Feta Salmon Dish

This is the easiest one dish meal to make for any night of the week. Inspired by the viral TikTok Baked Feta Pasta with a lighter twist with salmon and all gluten-free ingredients.

Yield: Serves 2-3 1x


  • 12 ounces salmon, fresh or defrosted
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add the tomatoes, onions, olives and cheese to an oven proof dish
  3. Drizzle olive oil and seasonings on top and mix well
  4. Pat the salmon dry then add on top of the dish in the center
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top and season salmon to taste
  6. Bake in oven for about 15-18 minutes or until salmon is cooked to liking and tomatoes are roasted


*Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in large skillet, microwave or eat from fridge.
