Breakfast Snack Board with Peach Jam

The cutest breakfast spread that my toddler absolutely loves! Toaster waffles, fresh fruit, coconut yogurt plus my homemade peach jam that is so easy to make and has quickly become a staple here.

Ingredients

  • About 8 peaches, peeled and sliced into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, mix everything together
  2. Bring to a light boil over medium-high heat and let it boil, uncovered, for 30-50 minutes or until until thick. Stir occasionally every few minutes while it cooks
  3. Remove from heat when it is thick to your liking
  4. Let cool and then pour the jam into jars and enjoy! I served with these toaster waffles – love!
  5. I served mine with Evergreen waffles, fresh fruit + coconut yogurt!

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
