This Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bark is one of the most delicious dessert snacks to make. It’s gluten-free, vegan and low in sugar. Perfect for any cookie dough lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, oil, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth
  2. Fold in half of the chocolate chips
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add cookie dough on top to spread across and form to make the bark (I use clean hands for this)
  4. Add the bark to freezer for about 5 to 10 minutes
  5. While bark chills, melt the remaining chocolate chips in microwave
  6. Pour melted chocolate across the bark then set back in freezer for at least an hour
  7. Remove from freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

*Store leftovers in freezer for 2 months. I like to let mine thaw for a few minutes before eating
