Copycat Frozen Reese’s Dessert Bar made with vegan and gluten-free ingredients! A healthier version of the Good Humor ice cream bar.

Instructions

  1. Blend together the milk, peanut butter and maple syrup
  2. Pour into ice pop molds (with popsicle sticks in!) and add to freezer to set overnight
  3. Add crushed cookies and peanuts to a shallow bowl or large plate then gently press down the ice pop into the mixture to fully coat (I like to let the ice cream thaw for a few minutes so sticks easier)
  4. Enjoy ice cream bars and store in freezer until ready to eat.

*Store leftovers in freezer for 2 months in large ziplock bag
