These Copycat Little Bites Party Cake Muffins are the *ultimate* funfetti muffins to whip up. They’re cakey, fluffy and beyond addicting!

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 1/3 cup water
1 egg
3 tablespoons melted butter, ghee or coconut oil
Sprinkles of choice (I never measure !!)

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a mini muffin tray or line with liners
In a large bowl, mix together water, egg and melted oil
Mix in pancake mix then fold in sprinkles to batter
Fill each muffin slot about 3/4 way and bake in oven for 22-25 minutes or until ready

Notes

*Store in airtight container for 5 days or freezer for 2 months
