This Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding is packed with protein, takes 5 minutes to make and is a delicious healthy pudding to snack on.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or more for sweeter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • For serving: vanilla cookies, whipped topping and banana


  1. Add the cottage cheese, banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract and cinnamon to blender and blender until smooth and creamy
  2. Add to bowl of choice and serve with cookies, whipped topping and banana if desired or you can let the pudding chill for a bit before eating!


*Store leftovers in the fridge for 5 days and enjoy cold
