This Creamy Strawberry Yogurt Pudding is a must try recipe for breakfast, snack or even dessert. Made with 5 ingredients and can easily be made dairy-free and it is gluten-free.

  • Prep Time: 10 mins
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Yield: 2 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (can be almond, cow, coconut, oat, anything!)
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (or sub dairy-free yogurt or even cottage cheese)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender: milk, frozen strawberries, greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Make sure the chia seeds are fully incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture into jars, meal prep containers, or any airtight tupperware you have on hand. This is a great time to portion it out if you’re planning to use it for grab-and-go breakfasts or snacks.
  4. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or overnight. As it sits, the chia seeds will thicken the mixture into a pudding-like consistency.
  5. Here are some delicious topping ideas: granola, fresh berries for extra freshness, dollop of yogurt for added creaminess or nut butter. I did a drizzle of melted chocolate for a chocolate strawberry vibe – yum!

Notes

*Store in fridge for 5 days.
