These crispy air fryer artichoke hearts are basically a deconstructed stuffed artichoke. They’re easy to make, gluten-free, grain-free and you can air fry them or bake them in the oven.

Yield: Serves 3-4 as an appetizer 1x

  1. Warm your oven to 375 degrees or an air fryer to 400 degrees
  2. Strain the artichoke hearts from can (don’t rinse in water unless you want to)
  3. Add to a large bowl and mix together with the flours and spices followed by the cheese
  4. Add to a greased baking sheet and cook in air fryer for about 10 minutes or until crunchy OR in oven for 15 minute
  5. Sprinkle with extra cheese if you want and enjoy!
