Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Bars made with a cookie crust and topped with a cashew-less chocolate pie filling sweetened with maple syrup!

Crust:

Filling:

  • 1 cup cacao butter
  • 1 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Add the cookies to a food processor and pulse until they are crumbled in a flour-like consistency 
  2. Add to a large bowl and mix the melted butter with a spoon until the dough forms
  3. Grease an 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil or line with parchment paper
  4. Scoop the crust into the dish and press down firmly with your hands
  5. Add the filling ingredients to the wiped up food processor and process until smooth and creamy
  6. Pour on top of the crust and add to the fridge to set overnight (or in the freezer for a few hours)
  7. Slice in bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week!
