One-Bowl Dark Chocolate Tahini Blondies made with vegan, nut-free, gluten-free and no refined sugars! So cakey and delicious!

Instructions

  1. Preheat 350 degrees and grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with coconut oil
  2. Make the flax egg in a small bowl and set aside in the fridge to form
  3. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce, tahini, vanilla extract and flax egg and mix well
  4. Mix in the oat flour and baking powder until well combined
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate then pour into baking dish
  6. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, allow them to cool and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days on the counter or freezer for a couple months
