DELISH Bacon and Brussels Sprouts Pizza! This is hands down my favorite pizza combo ever – it’s topped with goat cheese, brussels sprouts slaw, bacon and caramelized onions for an easy and flavorful pizza idea.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pizza crust of choice (this mix is great for GF)
  • 1/2 lb brussels sprouts, cut into a slaw (I use food processor)
  • 1/2 cup so cooked bacon, cut up
  • Goat cheese (we used humboldt fog – Jord’s fave!)
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven per crust instructions and warm up the crust in oven so it is *almost* ready to be eaten (we love using our pizza pan)
  2. Quickly sautéed the brussels sprouts slaw for 2-3 minutes in a greased skillet so they soften a bit (you can add seasonings if you want)
  3. Assemble the pizza by adding the onions, bacon, brussels sprouts, more bacon (duh) then dollops of cheese around
  4. Broil in oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese goldens a bit
  5. Slice into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

*Reheat leftovers on stovetop in a pan or oven. Store in fridge for 5 days.
