Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Loaf

Yield: 8-10 slices 1x




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper
  2. Whisk together 3 eggs, vanilla extract, water and coconut oil
  3. Add in the coconut sugar, Simple Mills mix and almond flour and mix well
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chunks
  5. Pour into the loaf pan then add spoonfuls of peanut butter on top in 3 different parts of the loaf
  6. Take a toothpick and swirl the peanut butter to make a marble look
  7. Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes 
  8. Store on counter in airtight container for a couple of days or fridge for 5 days!
