This Healthy Caramel Dip is a *must* make! You only need 1 ingredients to make it (yes, it’s that easy!) and it’s so good as a dip with fruit, cookies or do use for baking. It is naturally sweetened and vegan and gluten-free.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Yield: Makes 1 cup 1x




  1. Add the pitted dates to a bowl and cover in boiling water for 10 minutes
  2. Remove dates and add to a small blender or use an immersion blender in a bowl and begin to blend, adding 1-2 tbsp of the hot water as needed
  3. Blend until the caramel is smooth and creamy
  4. Sprinkle some extra flakey sea salt on top and enjoy with fruit and desired cookies (love these ones!)


*Store leftovers in airtight container for 3 days
