Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 pieces of bacon, cooked and cut into smaller 1/2 inch pieces
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb crab meat

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Add cream cheese to a mixing bowl and beat until smooth
  3. Stir in mayo, yogurt garlic, green onion, hot sauce, salt, scallions and mix
  4. Add ¾ cup cheddar cheese and mix
  5. Fold in the bacon and the crab meat and mix all together
  6. Spread into a 9″ pie dish or similar size baking pan and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden (I broiled for 1 minute or so
  8. Serve warm, with crackers, bread or veggies or choice

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for up to 5 days
