Easy Creamy Chocolate Avocado Pudding

This Chocolate Avocado Pudding is the easiest and healthiest chocolate pudding to make. You only need 4 ingredients to make it and it’s vegan, nut-free, gluten-free and paleo!

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Total Time: 1 hour

Yield: Serves 2-3 1x


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 softened avocado
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: cacao nibs, coconut flakes, crushed chocolate, berries


  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Add to the fridge to chill for at least an hour then add desired toppings and enjoy!


*This stays good in fridge for up to 5 days. I think it tastes best days 1-2 if you want to prep it in advanced!
