This Date Crunch Bark is the ultimate chewy yet crunchy chocolate bark recipe. If you love tootsie rolls and snickers and love a good chocolatey snack – try making this easy Date Crunch Bark!

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the dates open (make sure pits are removed)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the dates to the sheet
  3. Smash them down and line them up next to each other so they are touching (I use my hand to press down and form into one big date almost the size of the sheet)
  4. Add the crushed nuts evenly across then drizzle peanut butter across
  5. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30 second increments or until melted (stir in between!)
  6. Next pour the melted chocolate on top of the date/nut mixture then add to freezer or fridge to set for about 30-60 minutes
  7. Break apart once set and enjoy!

*Store leftovers in fridge for 1 week or freezer for 2 months
