Fatty Dark Chocolate Coconut Butter Cups (with greens + low sugar)

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces dark chocolate (see above for what brand I used)
  • 1/3 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews (or your preferred nut)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 packet ALOHA Chocolate Superfood Greens

Instructions

  1. Line a mini muffin tray with liners
  2. In a sauce pan, add half the dark chocolate and turn onto medium heat and stir until melted (you can also microwave)
  3. Pour half the ALOHA packet and mix well
  4. Fill each cup 1/3 way and put in freezer for 10 minutes
  5. Next in food processor add coconut butter, cashews and chia seeds and pulse until combined (should be creamy but chunks are ok to leave in)
  6. Next add a spoonful of the coconut mixture to each cup
  7. Melt remaining chocolate and add ALOHA packet
  8. Fill each cup with chocolate and sprinkle with extra cacao nibs if desired
  9. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to set and enjoy!
  10. *I store in freezer for about a month
