These Frozen Banana Ice Cream Cups are the easiest 3 ingredient dessert or snack cup to make. Perfect healthy recipe for kids and adults.

Yield: Makes 6 banana cups 1x




  1. Let the bananas thaw out on counter for 15-30 minutes then add to food processor or blender
  2. Blend so it begins to process into “ice cream” for about 30 seconds then add in peanut butter and blend so it is completely smooth
  3. Add to silicone muffin liner and fill each muffin slot then add some chocolate chips on top and set in freezer for 3-4 hours to set
  4. Enjoy frozen!


*Store in freezer for up to 2 months. Allow them to thaw out for about 5 minutes before eating.
