Frozen Nut Butter Stuffed Dates

Sharing these Frozen Nut Butter Stuffed Dates that are gluten-free, dairy-free and even have protein in them! One of my favorite sweet snacks to keep on hand.




  1. Slice each date in half and press down a bit to open them up
  2. In a bowl, mix together the nut butter, protein powder and honey (or you can blend!)
  3. Fill each date with the nut butter mixture and top with chocolate chunks
  4. Place in freezer (I put in a large tupperware) and store until you are ready to snack!


These stay good in the freezer for up to two months!
