Fudgy Perfect Mudslide Cookies made with all gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. These flourless cookies are the most delicious crinkle cookie that was inspired by the oh so popular mudslide cocktail (or mocktail!).

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups powdered sugar (I don’t recommend another sugar here)
  • 1 cup cacao powder
  • 3 egg whites, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlúa (optional but gives it a real mudslide vibe)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper AND grease (these are sticky!)
  2. In a large bowl, mix together powdered sugar and cacao powder
  3. Add in the egg whites, Kahlúa and vanilla extract and mix together with a stand mixer or hand mixer if you have (it will be really thick!)
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips then scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of dough onto your baking sheet (these cookies spread so leave room!)
  5. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes or until ready. I like mine a little undercooked so I do 12 minutes!

Notes

*Store in airtight container for 3 days, fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months (they’re so good frozen!)
