Gluten-free Buffalo Mac and Cheese made with only 6 ingredients for an easy and healthier spin on mac and cheese. Oh and a little kick thanks to buffalo sauce – so delicious and tasty!

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta per package
  2. As pasta cooks start making the “sauce” by adding the butter, milk, cheddar and buffalo sauce to medium sauce pan and melt over medium/high heat and stir consistently
  3. Once melted add in the flour and mix well so no clumps and the cheese is creamy
  4. Mix in the pasta and serve while warm!

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days. Reheat over stovetop or in microwave (I add a splash of milk or water if it is a bit firm)
