Here’s how to make your own Gluten-free Granola Bars with Yogurt Glaze! So much healthier than store-bought granola bars and made with all ¬†healthy ingredients.

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Total Time: 2 hours

Yield: Serves 8 bars 1x




  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish and line it with parchment paper
  2. Mix together oats, almonds, coconut flakes in a large bowl
  3. In a small bowl mix together peanut butter and maple syrup then pour on top of the oat mixture
  4. Pour into the baking dish and press firmly
  5. Add to freezer to set for 1 hour then remove and slice into 8 bars and add back to freezer for 1 more hour
  6. Drizzle yogurt on top and keep in fridge or freezer until you’d like to eat.


*Keep in fridge for up to 5 days or freezer for 2 months
