Gluten-free Greek Yogurt Mac and Cheese

This gluten-free Greek Yogurt Mac and Cheese is one to try ASAP. Packed with protein from greek yogurt and it comes together in under 20 minutes.

Yield: Serves 4


  • 1216 ounces gluten-free pasta of choice
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta per directions on the package. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the water you cooked the pasta in
  2. Add the pasta back to the pot and add in the cheese, yogurt, spices and a few tablespoons of the water as needed to mix until you get the right consistency
  3. Serve while warm!


*Store leftovers in the fridge for 5 days. Reheat in a pot or microwave with splash of milk or water to make it creamy again!
