Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookie Crisp Cereal made with gluten-free oat flour, creamy peanut butter and sweetened with maple syrup.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add first 4 ingredients into mixing bowl
  3. Mix until combined with Kitchen Aid or mixer of choice
  4. Add oat flour and baking powder and mix until dough forms
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Roll dough into small penny size balls and place onto lined baking tray
  7. Bake in oven for 10 minutes
  8. Enjoy with your choice of milk!
  9. *Will stay good in airtight container for 5 days
