Gluten-free + Vegan Salted Caramel Blondies

These gluten-free and vegan Salted Caramel Blondies are out of this world! Made with all healthier ingredients and mixed with a homemade caramel sauce inside.

Yield: About 8 blondies 1x




  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan with oil and/or line with parchment paper (I used 9×5 dish)
  2. Cream together flax egg, vegan butter, coconut sugar and vanilla until smooth
  3. Mix in oat flour and baking powder until fully combined
  4. Fold in walnuts then mix in homemade caramel
  5. Add batter to loaf pan, sprinkle sea salt on top then bake in oven for about 20-25 minutes (I stick toothpick in to see what they are ready)
  6. Slice into smaller pieces and enjoy!


*Store leftovers in aright container for 3 days or fridge for 5 days. Or freezer for 2 months
