Greek Turkey Burgers with Feta

These Greek Turkey Burgers with feta cheese, olive and herbs are such a delicious and easy juicy turkey burger recipe to make to pair with hummus, tzatziki and your favorite Mediterranean sides.

Yield: 4 burgers 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder and oregano
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 ounces feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • For serving: rice, cucumber tomato salad, hummus, tzatziki, pita, anything you’d like

Instructions

  1. Add turkey, spices, feta and olives to bowl and mix together (I use meat handling gloves)
  2. Form into 4 equal patties with your hand
  3. Warm a large skillet with medium high heat
  4. Lower heat to medium and grease with a drizzle of oil or spray then add each burger to skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F
  5. Remove from heat and enjoy with desired sides

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freezer for 2 months

**You can also bake these in oven at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes o until cooked
