This Grilled Yogurt Marinated Chicken is the absolute best recipe to make when you want extra flavorful chicken that is juicy and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon each cayenne pepper, turmeric, paprika, sea salt, ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Add chicken to a large bowl and coat with spices, yogurt, oil and lemon juice and mix well to evenly combine
  2. Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (if longer than 30 minutes then marinate in fridge)
  3. Warm grill to 500 degrees F
  4. Place each slice of chicken on grill and cook for total 15 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes and pour extra marinade from bowl on top when flipping!
  5. Chicken should be 165 degrees F when fully cooked
  6. Remove from grill and enjoy while warm with desired sides
