Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Muffins made with all gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients. Plus these have no added sugar – only sweetened with mashed banana!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a muffin tray with 9 liners
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together banana, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla extract until well combined
  3. Mix in flour, baking powder and cinnamon until smooth (you can also add in some chocolate chips or blueberries or anything else you may be craving now!)
  4. Spoon batter into muffin tray and fill each about 90% full
  5. Bake in oven at 425 for 5 minutes then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake another 10 minutes or so
  6. Allow the muffins to cool for a few then enjoy!

Notes

*Store in airtight container for 5 days, fridge for 1 week or freezer for 2 months
