Let’s make this Sheet Pan Sausage Dinner! A healthy and easy recipe to make that requires one baking sheet, sausage and veggies!

  • Total Time: 45 mins

Yield: Serves 3-4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sweet potatoes or 1 bag of small red potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlics cloves, minced
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and cut into quarters
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 sausage links, cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add the veggies to baking sheet and coat with oil and salt and pepper
  3. Cook in oven for 25 minutes, mix around/shake the pan then add in sausage pieces and cook in oven for 20 minutes or so until cooked for your liking
  4. Enjoy while warm!

Notes

*Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days and reheat in microwave or in oven
