Sea salt and black pepper and any other spices you’d like
Grill basket if you’d like (I use this for smaller cut veggies)
Instructions
Begin by soaking the sweet potatoes in fry form in bowl of cold water for 30 minutes
Next strain then add each vegetable to their own bowl or one large bowl and drizzle olive oil on top and add spices and toss well
You want to add more oil than you think and it burns off on grill and same with salt on watery veggies like zucchini so it soaks up the water/moisture
Preheat grill to medium heat and add veggies to grill or onto grill basket and cook the onions, peppers and sweet potatoes for about 8-10 minutes then flip and cook for another 8-10 minutes
For the zucchini cook 4-5 minutes then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes so that get a little blackened and crisped
